Bplay: a sign-up that asks three questions and sets the table before you sit down

Six screens, one promise

The sign-up collects only what the platform needs to personalize the lobby, and uses the wait after registration to say the things a licensed operator must say.

Dark theme by the book

The first screens used brand green on near-black with ad-hoc spacing. The final design puts them on a dark theme: #121212 surfaces, elevation shown with white overlays, a desaturated primary that passes 4.5:1 on dark surfaces, and text at 87 / 60 / 38 % emphasis.

Every component, every state

Each component follows one spec: 36dp buttons with 4dp corners, 56dp text fields with floating labels, 48dp touch targets on selection controls, state layers at hover 8 % / focus 12 % / pressed 12 %, a visible focus ring and a change of elevation when pressed. Hover, tab through and click them.

The same six steps, final design

Mobile first (the first prototype was desktop). A stepper keeps the three questions in one place, selection controls replace custom pills, the loading screen becomes a determinate progress with the mandatory messages as a list, and the bonus is a snackbar plus a card, not a splash page.
