Kol Accesorios: campaigns that bring in candidates and visits
An Argentine mobile accessories chain, with 10 stores and a franchise program. I run its Meta and Google campaigns and its email marketing, measure everything that goes out, and deliver statistics and a guide for its social media.
What the business needed
Ten stores, five owned and five franchised, an online store and a program to open in new cities. It asked marketing for three things:
- Sell more in stores and online.
- Find franchisees and staff to open new cities.
- Know which campaign brought what, to decide the investment with numbers that can be read.
Campaigns
Meta and Google, each campaign with one goal and one cost per result. Results from the last 28 days, read from the Campaign Suite with data from Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (2026).
| Campaign | Goal | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Store manager opening | Meta, application form | 198 applications at $40.99 each ($8,117 spent), the campaign with the best cost per result |
| Store opening in Córdoba | Meta, reach | 74,758 people reached at $0.40 each ($29,986 spent) and 8,739 video views |
| “Come by Kol and join us” | Meta, traffic | 2,375 link clicks at $27.58 each ($65,492 spent) and 29,416 video views; Analytics records 2,449 visits from this campaign |
| Traffic to the store | Paid Instagram and Facebook | 3,574 visits in the week versus 1,019 in the previous one: +1,515 from Instagram and +928 from Facebook |
Amounts in Argentine pesos, as shown in each platform.
“Come by Kol and join us” was the traffic campaign with the best cost per click. In total, the account adds up to 505 applications in 28 days, 498 of them through Meta forms.
The franchise website, where every campaign lands
To find franchisees I built a franchise website: a hub, support pages (how much it costs, profitability, how to open, before signing, why a Kol franchise, cities and FAQ) and 15 city pages, each with its contact form and its WhatsApp button.

The hub: the model, the investment and what the franchisee does and does not pay, on one page.
The profitability interactive: each person tries their own numbers.
How to open: steps, timing and requirements, so nobody arrives at the meeting without knowing.
The cities: figures at a glance and a link to each of the 15 city pages.

Measurement
- Funnel in GA4 with custom events, and Microsoft Clarity on the franchise section.
- WhatsApp clicks, Search Console and the conversion imported into Google Ads.
- Internal traffic filter, so the numbers come from customers and not from the team.
- All together in Campaign Suite, the dashboard I designed so the team can see the results.
Social media: statistics and guide
The brand produces its own content for Instagram and Facebook. I deliver the statistics, the audit, the guide and the calendar. The first delivery was an audit of 108 posts and 90 days of statistics.
From that came a brand guide for social media (version 7, for Instagram and Facebook) with what is worth keeping, a content mix by pillar, a weekly rhythm of about five posts and a sample month of 20 posts across four pillars. The calendar is reviewed every month with the client, based on what the statistics and the suite show.
Email campaigns for the store calendar: Valentine's Day, back to school, the points program and the franchise. Designed phone first, with the product and the offer on the first screen.

How I work with the client
- I start from the business need, not from a format: an opening, a job opening, a slow month, a new city. Each becomes a campaign with a goal.
- Nothing goes live without approval. Campaigns are created paused, with the piece, the audience and the budget in a one-page plan.
- Measurement is set up before the ad, so every result can be traced back to its campaign.
- One report per month, in plain words: what was paid, what it brought in and what to do now.
